– A Special Family Christmas Event –
This is a Fundraising Event to benefit our Bethany participants going to the LCMS Youth Gathering next summer. We have 24 youth and 8 adult participants that will be traveling to Houston, Texas in 2022!

When: Friday, December 3rd from 6:00-8:00PM
*REGISTRATION IS CLOSED AND IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND THIS EVENT.
Cost:
- Family of 4 or less is $25
- Family of 5 or more is $30
- If you are unable to attend and would like to make a monetary donation towards the fundraising, you may do that on the registration form too. Thank you.
- A family of 4 or less will decorate a dozen cookies to take home. Families of 5 or more will decorate a dozen cookies plus an additional 3 cookies for each person thereafter; for example, a family of 5 would receive 15 cookies, a family of 6 would receive 18 cookies to decorate, etc.
Description:
Join us for a fun family Christmas event. We will be decorating Christmas Cookies, listening to music of the season, sipping on hot chocolate and candy canes while decorating some special holiday cookies. Decorating supplies will be provided along with a plate and plastic wrap to take your creations home. Families of all sizes are invited to join us. *This is NOT a youth only event. This event is meant for parents to stay with their children and enjoy as a family. Childcare will not be provided.
