Friendship Group - December 17:
Friendship Group meets Wednesday, December 17 at 11:30AM in the Parish Lounge. Please bring an appetizer to share and a $10 gift card inside a Christmas card. Coffee, tea and water will be available. Karl Fink will have an inspiring devotion. No bingo. Instead we will play the Merry Christmas game. It will be fun if you could wear an ugly Christmas sweater, if you have one.
Bethany school children will be collecting hygiene kits to be sent to Lutheran Social Services. We have been asked to participate in by bring the following:
- 1 washcloth
- Bar of soap
- Hand sanitizer
- Travel size shampoo and conditioner
- Toothbrush and tooth paste
- Enclose in a one gallon zip lock bag.
Also FYI the 4th, 5th and 6 grades will perform “The Mystery of Simon Shepherd” in the gym at 2:00PM. You might want to stay for that. Wishing everyone a peaceful reflective Advent time. Join us for fun and fellowship as we look forward once again of the miracle birth of Jesus.
