Our E.D.C. program is available to all children enrolled in Bethany Lutheran School. It operates from 7:00 - 8:30 am and from 3:10 - 5:30 p.m. It may be used on a regular or part-time basis. Each month, each family fills out a day care order form in which anticipated needs for that month are listed and prepaid. The hourly rate is $6 and the drop in rate is $7/hour. Child care is also offered during Thanksgiving break for families who need care.
Bethany offers a summer camp for children. It runs for nine (9) weeks and each week can be booked individually. It is for BLS students entering K-5 grade. Information for Bethany Lutheran Summer Camp 2024 will be published in March.
School Operating Hours
The hours of the school day are as follows:
7:00 AM Extended Day Care (EDC) begins
*8:00 Bell – classroom doors for grades 3-8 are opened
8:10 Bell – classes begin for grades 3-8
8:30 Bell – classroom doors for grades K-2 are opened
8:40 Bell – classes begin for grades K-2
3:10 PM Bell – classes dismissed.
3:30 Bell – All children either leave campus, report to EDC, or go to a supervised activity area
5:30 EDC ends
*Wednesday is a late start day for upper grades. All classroom doors open at 8:30.
