Welcome Vicar John Trinklein
We are preparing to welcome Vicar John Trinklein for the year, John is the first of many vicars we hope, assigned to Coastal Mission Society and Bethany concurrently with the support of the PSW as a Church Planting Vicarage Module out of Concordia Seminary St. Louis.
- For the vicar’s apartment, we are in need of some furniture, bed, small kitchen table and chairs, small couch, love seat or living room chairs. In order to avoid having too much furniture, if you have a piece you’d be willing to donate please send a picture to Pastor Alwood or Pastor Kritzer and they’ll arrange pick-up and delivery as is needed.
- We also plan to ‘stock’ the fridge and pantry for the vicar. If you’d like to provide some scrip for this purpose or gas, Starbucks, etc. scrip for the Vicar John’s benefit, please feel free to leave the scrip in Pastor Alwood’s box in the Long Beach church office.
Commissioning/Installation Service is on Wednesday, August 12th at 6:30PM during Common Table worship on the Cypress campus with President Gibson officiating.
