Dear Parents, One of our traditions at Bethany is to instruct parents and students in our 1st grade in the introduction of the use of God’s Word, the Bible. The Pandemic made it impossible for me to do this, so I am inviting those of you interested in attending 3 sessions on using the Bible and learning some of the lessons found in it. These three sessions will be here on campus on Sunday mornings from 8:30AM to 9:20AM, so that your family is then able to attend our 9:30AM Worship Service. I will be leading these sessions in our School Library located in Freedom Square right next to one of our Kindergarten classrooms. The Sundays that I am doing this our October 17, 24, and 31. I will then present the Bibles to the families who attend at our 9:30AM service on October 31, which also happens to be Reformation Sunday. I do this mostly for our families who are members here at Bethany; however, if you are considering Bethany as your Church home OR you would just like your student and yourselves to learn something about God’s Word in this type of setting, you are more than welcome to attend. It is EXTREMELY important that the student have at least one parent in attendance. This is a family learning experience. So, please give this some prayerful consideration over the next few days. If you are interested, kindly let your teacher know so that I might have enough Bibles on hand. Please let me know by Friday, October 8, if you and your student will be attending.
